Figurative & Mono Prints Art Gallery
I was taught what modern art painters were supposed to paint, or at least the school I went to dictated a certain perspective on representing animate and inanimate objects. When most of these paintings where created I was still under the influence of my education, and believe me it does take a long time to disengage the deeply made impression of those you held to know all about art.
These paintings come from an era not to many years after my formative education. The mono prints are essentially about homelessness and reflect the dark perspective I had on life many years ago, not to say I was homeless, but this represented for me a section of society that I then resonated with.
So these modern art pieces of figurative work essentially represent my past form of thought which no longer exist, as I fortunately evolved into having a positive outlook on life, learned to laugh, and to see the joy in everything. I put these older works of art on my website so that you can observe the evolution my art has taken.
So whether contemporary abstract oil paintings or figurative the evolution of my art has no choice but to directly reflect my own personal expansion intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually.
Once again I would love to hear form all of you that look through these paintings on this website, and if you have any questions or want to purchase my art please fill out the contact form and I will promptly respond to you.
